Glamtique is a salon and clothing boutique all in one. Our mission is to make you look and feel glamorous. We provide a relaxing experience and environment with offerings including color, hair cuts, blow outs, up do's, conditioning treatments, organic spray tan, facials, waxing, brows, make-up, clothing and accessories. Our staff will utilize their training and expertise to give you that added boost of confidence for your special occasion, event, or for an everyday just left the salon look.
A GLAMOROUS VISION
Hilary and Rob opened the Glamtique in November 2017 with a vision of empowering individuals to feel and look their best selves. Hilary with 16 years of her professional working in the hair industry as a stylist, makeup artist, and salon manager in Northbrook, IL. Rob with 12 years experience in the business world with a degree in Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. They decided to leverage their experience in their nearby community. Their mission is to provide you with a welcoming atmosphere and a relaxing, consultative, and enjoyable experience. We can't wait to make you look and feel your most confident self!
HILARY RUFF
A licensed cosmetologist & certified Aviva Airbrush Tanning Technician, Hilary has over 16 years of industry experience. She received her cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology. She began her career as a hair stylist and make up artist, eventually transitioning to salon manager. Hilary has a passion for blow outs, air brush tans, and fashion. She brings all her experience, knowledge, expertise, and design to Glamtique as she oversees all operations.
DONIELLE ROMANO
Donielle received her Master of Esthetics, Master of Makeup Artistry & Degree in Esthetic and Makeup Instruction from G Beauty where she taught for 6 years and managed for 3 years. She is also a certified Aviva Airbrush tanning technician. She has worked with many prestigious makeup brands and has had her work featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine. She also is credited as working with People Magazine on a Lady Gaga Chicago tour. Donielle has extensive experience in the Cheer world and has coached for most of her life, including a current position as Cheer Coach at Fenton High School in Bensenville. Her passion for the beauty industry is never ending!
BREANA ARRINGTON
Bre graduated from the Empire Beauty School and is a certified Aviva Airbrush Tanning Technician. She has been doing hair since she was 12 years old displaying a passion for it all along the way. Realizing college wasn't for her, she decided to purse cosmetology school and a career in the hair industry. Bre loves braids, blowouts, cuts and colors! She is Brazillian Blowout and Extension Certified. "It's amazing what you can do with a brush and a blowdyer!"
